Please provide ALL information for EVERY individual (even children) and vehicle you wish to help your booth during the Bazaar weekend. If information is not provided by deadline, you will not be granted base access for the Bazaar. No substitutions.
**Documentation for one driver and one vehicle must match to enter Yokota, AB, for personal vehicles and rental vehicles. One driver for two vehicles or multiple drivers for one vehicle will not be allowed.
